Pets are not allowed to sleep on the beds.
Leaving a pet alone in the accommodation is prohibited.
Pet owners must clean up after their animals.

Group Rates: The accommodation is privatized.
Capacity: 16 beds.
Self-catering: You have complete autonomy. The kitchen and necessary utensils are at your disposal. You are free to come and go and choose your meal times.
Not provided: sheets, pillowcases, towels, garbage bags, dish towels & toilet paper.
You are renting clean premises and you must return them in the same condition.
A certificate of liability insurance for the duration of your stay will be required.
A security deposit of 500€ will be requested upon arrival and returned after an inventory check.
The amount of the end-of-stay cleaning fee will be deducted if the premises are not clean.
Prices:

The price for the Self-catering Group rental is based on a group of 12 to 16 people.
If you are fewer than 12, please inform us, and together we will find a more suitable arrangement.
If you are more than 16, we will do our best to accommodate everyone. An additional fee of 15€ per person beyond 16 will be charged.

The following individuals are exempt from the tourist tax: seasonal workers, individuals benefiting from emergency accommodation, and individuals paying the residence tax in the ComCom of the Presqu'île de Crozon and Aulne Maritime. We will request a supporting document.
